The tradictional tuscany cookery is still alive and it is in a strong
relation with the modernity. Old rustic recipes continue to exist in large
part in the foodscustoms of the familys and in the zone restaurant's proposals,
that we can suggest You. From May to October don't neglect festivals often
devote to the special dishes of typical villages that organise this special
events.
The ingredients of ground-dishes are the typical products of our land
such as cereals, legumes, vegetables, poultry, pork and beff meet from the
near Val di Chiana, combined with a wide choice of wines from Chianti and
the Terre d'Arezzo farms, with an extraordinary olive-oil. All theese products
are to taste in our farm or to search around between shops, wine-cellars and
oil-mills.
