Check in from 16:00 to 19:00. Only in particular cases is it possible until 00:00

Check out without fail before 10:00

Reception opening hours: all days from 08:00 to 9:00 and from 18:30 to 20:00

In order to guarantee peaceful coexistence in the structure, it is recommended to avoid crowds in the afternoon from 14:00 to 16:00: 00 and in the evening, after 22:00.

It is recommended to use low volume radios, TVs and musical devices.

The owner reserves the right to access the apartments in case of emergency during your absences.

The owner declines all responsibility:
for injuries or damage caused by third parties that may occur during the stay in the structure
for the use of the swimming pool, of the bicycles (the use of a protective helmet is recommended), of the bow and arrows and for the other equipment made available to the structure.

The owners will be grateful to respect their privacy at the following times: 13:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 21:00 and to report any disturbances caused by people, animals and things.

NOTE

Please do not throw in the toilet: rubbish, pads and diapers, only toilet paper.

Rubbish: please throw the rubbish in the appropriate containers that you will find as soon as you leave the facility on the main road at 700 meters both on the right and on the left.
Water and final cleaning: euros are added for weekly stays; 12.00 per person for final cleaning and euro; 10.00 one-time payment per apartment for water.
Gas consumption: consumption is not included in the price of the stay. Before using it, the meter will be read together with the holder.
Electricity: for energy saving reasons, please turn off the lights when not needed.
Payment: you can pay, at any time of your stay, either by credit card or in cash as you prefer.
Upon departure, remember to leave the keys inside the apartment.
